Artist's Statement

My passion is to create works of art that evoke deep emotion and capture moments in time that warm the heart.  As an artist, I am drawn to realism and strive to emulate this in each of my drawings. I also enjoy creating beautiful movement though abstract expression.  I currently work in graphite, charcoal, acrylic, and colored pencil.  My subject matter varies widely to include human & animal portraits, still life and landscapes.
